If you buy something from VIVID Selling OS and it doesn't land — for any reason, at any point in the first year — email [email protected] with your order number. You'll get a full refund within three business days. We don't ask why. We don't negotiate. We don't try to win you back.
Most sales products refund at 7 or 14 or 30 days because that's how long it takes someone to realize they didn't get value. We're willing to wait a year because if the framework doesn't work for you over a full selling cycle, it probably won't work, and we'd rather have the money back than your resentment.
A year also means you can buy a course, use it for nine months, decide it wasn't the right call, and get your money back. That's intentional.
If you share the ebook or course content publicly, resell it, strip the license and redistribute it — we'll still refund you, but we'll revoke access and note your account. We don't chase people legally for personal-use violations. For commercial redistribution, see the Terms.
